Hamburg, 17. January 2024 – The Biesterfeld Group has now officially founded the joint venture Biesterfeld Hildose Speciality Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. with its long-standing partner Kersi Tangri, owner of Hildose Pharmaspecialties. With this joint venture, Biesterfeld is creating a strategic and long-term foundation for an active presence in India. Kersi Tangri and Andreas Lekebusch have been appointed Managing Directors and the company is based in Mumbai.

Dirk J. Biesterfeld, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Biesterfeld AG, explains: ”As a family business, we focus on long-term partnerships, shared values and joint growth. We have enjoyed a very trusting and successful partnership with Kersi Tangri for more than 25 years. I am very pleased that we will now intensify this further as part of our joint venture.”
